NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has laid down rules that cover more than 80 categories of major industries that include oil refineries, chemical plants, steel mill, and aerospace manufacturers.
